I need opinions..

Please look at this... Something kinda goofy... or this one

I would like opinions. How stupid it would it be. Consider I'd have to learn to drive, so it would get beat to all hell anyway. I'd also have to get it home. And last but never least, I owe people money. As well as have a few obligations.

Should I get it and would anyone be able/willing to help me fix it up?

Have I mentioned I really really really really want a motorcycle?

Even knowing as little as I do about bikes I would say bike number one is a shady deal. A bike that old only showing that many miles? I. Don't. Think. So. Esp. not if it needs carb work. (I don't know bikes but I've driven beater cars all my life.) Bike 2. eh. probably not worth the min. bid.

Go with Vlad's suggestion. Cruise a few. Hey, I'd happily head up to Quarter Moon (is that the name?) restaurant, up on 41 on an early Sunday morning to go drool over bikes.
