That's an awesome video, she's awesome, and great for her to put it out there on the web to let other people share it. I think an even wider viewing audience would benefit from this, but sadly they'll probably never see it, because they don't have fat friends who will share. But, maybe the message will spread slowly.
On a related note, I just did the health screen thing on WebMD (to save $100 over the year on my insurance). It rated me at 148 out of 200, which puts me at the beginning of the "Excellent" category. With popular opinion on fat, who'd have thunk that.
