I'm sick

this isn't good. Not only do I not have the time to go to the doctor, I really dont have the money. And I really really don't have the time to be sick right now.

anyone know of a cheap, quick, relatively easy way to beat a sinus infection? The kind with the sore throat cause your sinus' are dripping on it?

It's called a neti pot. And I have one. It isn't painful at all it's just a bit odd. You have to stand over the sink or the tub with your mouth open breathing exclusively through your mouth. You pour the water in one nostril and tip your head till it comes out the other one. You shouldn't use it if you can't get air out of either nostril because then the water can't come out and can possibly stay up there making matters worse. You'll need to keep some kleenex on hand for a while afterward in case you don't get it all out and you suddenly have very runny nose. It is actually quite pleasant once it's done. I prefer it durring allergy season. I didn't have one problem this fall with allergies. We'll see what happens come spring.
