R&R does a body good.

After a long weekend of body's and noise, it was interesting to wake up this morning to silence.
hartree,
brophey and Myself being the only ones left from the weekend, not much was happening. We scurried off to have lunch with with
duncandahusky and
takaza and found
rustitobuck along with. (Rusty again got lucky and was bumped, his flight now not until 3:48). We were late, but of course, I was involved. We could have been on time, but I then I wouldn't have been able to shower *sniffsniffs* Ick. :P So, a quick chattering and the canines were back off to work. The four of us headed back to get Brophey and myself dropped off and off they ran to catch there respective flights. So now Brophey and I sit, mucking and LJing. I don't think I've been away from the LJ sight since I've been back. (LJ crack) So I sit here, having a wonderful hair day and hardly anyone here to appreciate it.
I will avoid the negative, hard as that may be, and just focus quickly on my hair. Actually the two things I really like about me, my hair and my eyes. I have to say, I LOVE my hair. I was blessed with the most wonderful naturally curly reddish brown hair anyone could hope for. Preteen years left me wanting to spiral perm my hair, puberty did the work for me and left my hair just the way I wanted it. All the work it takes for my hair is a wash and a brush and air drying. Blow drying baaaaaad, make hair frizzy. And that leaves my eyes. Tho I don't care for overall look of my face, I love my the form and shape of my eyes, as well as the color. My mom has always been able to tell how I was feeling by the color of my eyes. Naughty or mischievous, they were green. Sick or upset-grey. Mostly my eyes hoover near blue grey. I best like they way my eyes are highlighted by make-up. Most of my friends, including my husband, dislike make-up and especially dislike it on me. As if I ever listen to anyone else. But that could lead to a whole other argument. So I continue to wear makeup on special occasions (to much work for everyday life). But again I must say, I love my hair. :)
Figures.
So now we wait for the last remaining members of our group to get home from work and off to dinner, or some other fun. Maybe I'll put up a run down of my life some day (yeah, I can't keep a weekend under 4 pages, heavens knows what I'll do with 25 years.) But that's part of my charm, I don't shut up.

Date: 2002-05-28 03:38 pm (UTC)2- You have damn sexy eyes -AND- damn sexy hair.

Date: 2002-05-28 09:09 pm (UTC)As far as your hair, I hate your hair. You don't need to go through all the crap I do to keep my hair looking decent, which involves hair gel, hair spray, brushing, combing, a ponytail holder and about 20 minutes...just so I can wear a hat or bandanna eventually. :P And your eyes are sexy. Like I said before, if we'd met under different circumstances and at a different time... well, you already know, so...
Holla back.
Ok...
DH, who seriously thinks peoples are silly...especially after a long weekend.
