I'm sorry, I utterly hate when that happens to me. I don't crack my back anymore and it hasn't been an issue.. in awhile. but I had the joy of a sprained ankle a few weeks back.. with a stupid coworker making it worst.
Can you imagine a sprained ankle to the point of limping everywhere.. and someone who's RUNNING to a 12:30 flight as you get out of a rental car at 12:25 (that's not your flight..)
