F**king Comcast

Explain to me the point of paying a bill if the company disconnects you anyway? Ah, yes, blame the computer systems. 'The system still had you pegged for disconnect.' Yeah, I paid the bill two fucking days ago. And the best they can tell me is I have to take off work early tomorrow so they can bring their fat asses back out here (whenever they feel like it I'm sure) to reconnect something that should have never been disconnected. I better not fucking get any reconnect fees. I was already told by one rep I won't be. Doing collections for 2 years did help one thing, I have everyone’s names and time and date I talked to them all.

I don't care if they are the only way I can see away Wolves games. I don't care what I have to do, go with a dish company...go without all together. By summer I will have another service. Then Comcast can suck my long dirty coax cable. Fuckers.

I speak cable geek, I can give them a call when I get home. I wonder if the guy who's name I have is still the manager.

Check out DirecTV. That's the one we have. If you do decide to go with them, always make sure you get one of those deals where you get free shit for signing up. Places like Radio Shack and Best Buy often run DirecTV deals.

Heh. We've been trying to sell them on DirecTV (that's what we have), but they can't put a dish on their balcony - big problem there.

I will never understand how service can be disconnected with the flip of a switch, but always needs to be reconnected in person...
