I'm back in Illinois (I wish I could sound as unhappy with that in text as I am in life). I'm alive and well.
My comrades who flew America over the last couple days had the chance to be bumped and collect nice bonus'. What did I get, a flight with empty seats. I already had a feeling most everyone would have gone back from the weekend, some people do work I guess. :)
moryssa and I took the long scenic route home. Neither of use had anywhere to be anyway. We tooled along for a good while, until I realize we were passing the local Kmart that is closing. So, with faster then light reflexes, I jump two lanes and head into this soon to be defunked store (yay! Oh, sorry, was that out loud?) Moryssa and I spent some time wondering, not really finding much of anything. Then.... the make-up. Oh no... nail polish *insert disclaimer-DataHawk has an evil thing for fugly nail polish* and of course the whole stores being clearanced...ugly nail polish at 80% off! So $10 worth of polish later, we're back on the road. I had hoped to stop by Lane Bryant, which is across the street to check on a new swimsuit. After searching and digging, and finding many things that really wanted to go home with me, I asked the a woman who looked just barely big enough to work there, "Oh, we didn't get any in. They likely won't make them again til next year. They don't do to well on the full price rack" Could that be because LB is way to FUCKING expensive? And a noted sigh, we headed to check the Sears section. Wooo all the cute stuff only went to 18 and any size beyond that had the nasty attached skirt (I'm fat, we ALL should want to hide as much of our bodies as we can). *sigh* I hope the last remaining Kmarts have something. :P
So, now I sit here in Kenosha, soaking up the last of the internet I'll have access to in a while. I'm tired and hungry, and Moryssa is snoring on the couch. Suppose I should head home and see my husband.
