This sucks ass..

I feel like utter shit. I've missed the last two days of work. At least it doesn't still feel like I'm swallowing razor blades. It only feels like I'm swallowing graval. I don't feel like I'm being hit in the face with a hammer any more. It only feels like I'm being hit in the face with a rubber mallet.

But I've missed two days of work. I decided when I went to bed last night that I was going to go in to work today.

Except I woke up in a cold sweat. Pouring sweat off me. Yet the fan blowing on me was cool, almost cold. My head is still pounding...my boss, has no sense of humor... I stood in the shower, hot water pouring over me. Thinking about how chilly it was in the bathroom. Til I pulled the shower curtain back. The mirror wasn't steamed.... but it was cold in there, wasn't it?

I just really can't afford to miss work. But I'd be useless. Just kill me...please?

Hey, that was my joke! Though not only does her boss not have a sense of humor, I'd note that Data doesn't have much of a sense of humor before 6 AM.
