I really needed to see that today. I had a dr. appointment today and when they weighed me - ouch - not a pleasant number on the scale, and then the dr. launched into her lecture of "what do you eat, do you exercise". Blah Blah Blah... I know what I should be doing, I'm just not. In time... maybe I will. Until then ... kudos to you and Joy Nash for sharing!!!
