I'm sick

this isn't good. Not only do I not have the time to go to the doctor, I really dont have the money. And I really really don't have the time to be sick right now.

anyone know of a cheap, quick, relatively easy way to beat a sinus infection? The kind with the sore throat cause your sinus' are dripping on it?

Thanks. I go die now. But i have to do it at work.

It's kind of gross, but a coworker *swears* by sinus washing.
It involves pouring water into one nostril and allowing it to run through your sinuses and out the other.
ick.

That said. A good decongestant, and if you are *sure* that this is a sinus infection and not a virus, get a good nasal spray and use it for *ONE* day. No more.

I used to get SI's pretty frequently due to allergies. Doc said stop coming in and do this. It keeps your sinuses open and dry long enough to give the infection a chance to clear up. But, the sprays are addictive, so one day only.
