Does anyone have an idea?

I'm coughing so bad I haven't slept for two days. My doc suggests? Robitussin. Doesn't work, I've been taking it since Monday. This is driving me crazy and hurts like a mother smucker. Any one have any ideas? Any thing at all? I'm desperate.

You have to say, I don't know. Tho looking for remedies, I did come accross a discript of whooping cough, and so far I don't think I fit it. But who's to say it's not. Either way I have a doctors appointment in the morning.
