Does anyone have an idea?

I'm coughing so bad I haven't slept for two days. My doc suggests? Robitussin. Doesn't work, I've been taking it since Monday. This is driving me crazy and hurts like a mother smucker. Any one have any ideas? Any thing at all? I'm desperate.

I have one, but it's sick like hell...

Try heated vinegar. And yes, DRINK it. It'll taste awful, smell worse, but it'll heat your chest up and the fumes will help break things up. I think.

Whew, I'm not the only one who does that! (Not for a cough, but nothing stops a sore throat like gargling a capfull of vinegar)
